Application of control technology of supply-discharge coordination for mechanical recovery wells in Huabei Oilfield

  • In order to achieve production optimization control for pumping wells and screw pump wells, a real-time monitoring clue is determined. This clue takes reasonable submergence depth as control target and monitors dynamometer card and working fluid level automatically. Combing with remote monitor technology for single wells, we developed a supply-discharge coordinated control technology. By developing a control model and monitor program, and adopting GPRS mobile communication, this technology has realized the real-time monitoring of working fluid level and pump diagnosis. Field application shows that this technology has achieved supply-discharge coordinated production of oil well lifting system and the goal of efficient production and energy-saving. It provides a technical means of closed-loop automatic control for oilfield scientific production and satisfies the needs of automatic control for production procedure and digital oilfield.
