Structural parameter optimization of annulus fluid acoustic generators

  • In order to avoid the mutual interference of acoustic wave propagation, a coaxial cylinder is placed between the jet and the resonator of the Hartmann fluid acoustic generator, as well as an annulus fluid acoustic generator which can get higher power acoustic wave is developed. Aiming at reducing errors in frequency and amplitude measurement caused by discrete point selection in former experiments, the detector produced in Denmark and the GPIB data acquisition card are used to acquire and test the acoustic wave generated from the annulus fluid acoustic generator. As a result, the influence of such parameters as the jet distance, the resonator depth, and the jet speed on the wave frequency and amplitude is more accurately determined. The law between the structural parameters and the frequency and amplitude is developed, providing the basis for the design of annulus fluid acoustic generators. The application in several oil wells of Gudao Oilfield shows that it is effective to remove plugging and increase production.
