Application of remote control casting device in interlayer temporary plugging multi-crack fracturing technique

  • The temporary plugging multi-crack fracturing process is mainly affected by the continuous, effective and multiple casting of plugging balls. This new remote control automatic casting device is aimed at solving the shortcomings and deficiencies of the application of casting device for plugging ball in interlayer temporary plugging multi-seam fracturing process such as small quantity of loading balls, unstable performance and low intelligent degree. This device is composed of a body and a remote control cabinet. The body is of screw axis - guide sleeve type loading structure, which improves the loading quantity effectively with the bearing strength of 105 MPa, the output torque of 560 N?m and high safe operation reliability. The remote control cabinet is controlled by internal microcomputer, which can complete the remote control casting and count the casted quantity automatically. This device is applied to such areas as Wuqi Chang-6 and Huaqing Chang-6 according to the conditions of interlayer temporary plugging multi-seam fracturing process for selecting wells and layers. The average stages number of test wells is at Stage 3 above. The daily increasing oil is over 2t in the preliminary stage after the measure is taken. The validity of the measure is more than 180 days. This device runs safely, stably and reliably in the field and has the potential of further popularization and application.
