Key technology research and application of cementing in horizontal wells of unconventional oil and gas reservoir

  • The difficulty of improving cementing quality in horizontal wells of unconventional oil and gas reservoirs is much greater than that of conventional reservoirs due to borehole characteristics and quality requirements of horizontal well cementing. Around the difficulty of unconventional oil and gas horizontal well cementing, several key technologies of improving displacement efficiency were proposed from the aspects of drafting process, casing running, drilling fluid properties adjustment, cementing pad fluid and cement slurry design and construction parameters design and controlling. The research results have already been launched in Well F116-1HF and turns that fine effects have been achieved. The successful field application provides positive reference for horizontal well cementing of unconventional oil and gas reservoir.
