Experiment and application of output water micro sludge treatment in Zhongyuan oilfield

Aiming at the large amount of sludge, long time accumulation because of not effective management and serious environment pollution of pre-oxidation sludge treatment technology in Zhongyuan Oilfield, output water micro sludge treatment field experiment had completed in Minger water treatment station to constrain the volume of sludge remains. By means of ion analyzing for source water, optimizing new recipe which chosen coagulation agent containing inorganic polymer as main additive, and removing suspended solids and impure ions to maintain no addition sludge output during the operation. Meanwhile, the original adding chemicals technology was improved. Site experiment shows that the performance of chosen agents is stable, the quality of treated water reach the standard fully and stably. Treatment water is qualified and coMPatible with formation water, sludge quantity decreased 60.6 percent coMParing to the original technique, which pave a new road for decreasing the volume of sludge residue.
