The optimization analysis of production management system under the gas lift production model in Zarzaitine oilfield

  • Gas lift is the main artificial lift technique in Zarzaitine oilfield in Algeria. For there is no fixed ration supplying gas equipment for each single well in wellhead, it is possible that parameters change in any key point will affect the stable running of whole system. Because of the poor stability of ground facilities and frequent occurring of wellbore problems at late stage of development, limited management resources can not satisfy the requirement of high efficiency of oilfield development. Based on the deep analysis of the system and technological factors and managerial factors influencing gas lift efficiency for single well, the method way to optimize ration supplying gas for single well and gas lift technical parameters were given in this paper. Besides, the pressure monitoring and alarming equipment for ground system was explored to make sure the system optimization and running stability. The technical prevent measures has been proposed to solve the well bore problems, which was combined with grading administration in single well to optimize managerial resource. The monthly inspection covering rate for single high production well can reach more than 95% after implement, and achieve the purpose of enhancing the development and management level in maximum with the minimum cost.
