Unconsolidated sandstone horizontal drillingcompletion technology of Huagang104-P1

Aiming at the characters of thin oil layer, shallow burying depth, unconsolidated sandstone reservoir of north Jiangsu, Huagang, this paper systematically analyses the major operation technical difficulties. Combined with the successful operation practice of the first horizontal well, Huagang–104P1 well, this paper also introduces the key technique in detail, includes the well trajectorywell structure optimization design, the inpermeable polymer oil drilling fluid, the section completion technics of accurate sand prevention screen connected with casing, high early cement system of double solidificationexpansion, as well as the major technological measures for operation. It has proved by the practices that this series of key technology and measures guaranteed the operation of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir horizontal well. and plays a good reference for the efficient development of future similar reservoir.
