Nano-injection technology application and understanding in injection wells

  • In order to solve high-pressure injection problems in low and very low permeability reservoirs, a kind of nano-poly silicon material, which is modified by chemical method and its surface contains Silicon-combining organic functional groups was selected.After a lot of laboratory tests and on-site tests, this kind of Nano-injection technology was applied to many injection wells in the two years 2009 and 2010. After the application, the average water absorption index of single injection well has increased 593.37% and the total injection volume has been up to 2359.3 cubic meters .
