Gas reservoir fracturing technology of deep-seated igneous rocks in Nanpu Oilfield

  • Geologic conditions of fracture type reservoir of igneous rocks are complicated in Nanpu Oilfield. Fracturing operation may lead to multi-fractures, high filtration loss and sand plugging. Through reservoir evaluation, perforation optimization, material selection, pipe string optimization, pump sequence adjustment and other measures, using such technologies as test and diagnosis, liquid rubber plug, proppant concentration test, powder pottery slug, the target of reducing wellhead pressure, decreasing filtration loss, and linking distant fractures. Four wells are fractured successfully. In these wells, the highest concentration of proppant is 106 m3. It is confirmed that reasonably controlling perforation length of fractured reservoir could reduce the problem of multi-fractures effectively, using liquid rubber plug, powder pottery slug, and oil soluble filtrate reducer could reduce fluid loss for microfractures greatly and ensure successful operation.
