Improvement and test of two-path eccentric separate flooding technology in Dagang Oilfield

  • According to the test of two-path eccentric separate flooding technology, in view of the problem of heavy workload of casing and fishing, study is conducted on the technology of two-path eccentric separate flooding free from casing and fishing. The creatively developed hydraulic brake connector facility with the small spring inverted has been tested in lab and on the site and the success rate reaches 100%. The packer for water regulator, the centralizer, and the diversion trench are updated and could more adapt to the oilfields with inferior water quality. They also decrease the probability of sand burial and sand plugging of packers. They have been tested in seven wells, with the success rate being 100% and 42 wells are free from casing and fishing. It is further demonstrated that the facility is reasonable and reliable. The successfully developed two-path separate flooding technology free from casing and fishing is significant to promote the development of separate flooding technology and enhance water flooding administration.
