Key techniques for intelligent completion system

  • Intelligent completion technique has developed very fast in the past few years, and the systematic intelligent completion technique was built up in other countries, so it is necessary to enhance the research on this technique. According to the research and analysis of foreign intelligent completion technique, the critical techniques of intelligent completion system include four parts which are downhole produced fluid control, information collection, data transmission and surface data collection, analysis and reaction. The most important one in the four critical techniques is the control of downhole produced fluid, we should start the research on this first. In addition, intelligent completion technique has a wide associated range, include mechanics, electronic, communication, software and other aspects, so it is a systematic project and should be divided into different systems and carry on research separately to build up the basis for achieving intelligent oil field.
