Research and application of fracture techniques in micro-fractures developed reservoirs

There are lots of fault blocks in Zhongyuan Oilfield and micro-fractures developed in some reservoirs, which make fracturing design and operation more difficult. Sanding out earlier will come forth if normal fracture techniques are applied in micro-fractures developed reservoirs and expected goals may not be fulfilled. The whole success ratio and efficiency in micro-fractures developed blocks are increased by selecting low-damage fracturing fluid, choosing high-efficiency fluid loss control agent and adopting reasonable fluid loss control measures, using 3D software to determine rational design parameters, making use of fracturing diagnose method to adjust operation data. The technique has been applied to 20 wells, with the success ratio and efficiency 100%, enormous benefits are fulfilled.
