Application of HY new chemical sand control material to Linfanjia Oilfield

  • In the afternoon of development life of Linfanjia Oilfield, the mechanical sand control technology is not suitable for water wells affected by the poor flooding water quality and the technology of stratified waterflooding. The previously used chemical sand control material can not be used in long section water well sand control for its defects in consolidation strength. Meanwhile, the effect using single chemical sand control technologies is bad for oil wells of long section and great interlayer difference. The success rate is low as well. Therefore, new liquid-solid two-phase HY sand preventing materials are used to improve sand control effect in the oilfield, and valuable experience is gained for high-performance development of similar conventional heavy oil reservoirs.
