Preparation of silicified humic acid sodium GFN-1

  • In order to overcome the restriction of raw materials in producing humic acid silicified products,a new technology with humic acid and silicified agent as the main raw materials is developed,based on abundant tests.A new product named silicified humic acid sodium GFN-1 is developed,which has similar properties as organosilicon and humic acid kalium(OSAM-K).An experiment is conducted to compare the conventional indexes of the new product and the applied indexes and temperature-resistant properties in clean water and solid free polymer drilling fluids,in bentonite mud and low-solid drilling fluids.Research results show that as an additive for drilling mud,GFN-1 has the advantages of reducing filter loss,reducing viscosity,resisting heat,and heat stability.It is also capable of controlling shale dispersion.Most of its applied properties are equivalent or better than that of OSAM-K.As a substitute,it fulfills the field requirement.What’s more,the silicified material of GFN-1 features in stable properties,abundant sources,simple production processing,stable product quality,and good value for expansion.
