Research on fault intelligent diagnosis for screw pump drive units

  • The surface drive unit of screw pumps features in complex stress and many vibration sources,so the traditional vibration test method cannot determine the diagnosis accurately.Thereby,an intelligent diagnosis method is developed in this paper.The common fault of the units can be diagnosed on the basis of selecting test points and collecting vibration signals,establishing the fault mode library,and evaluating the fault synthesis value.The fault diagnosis of gear and roller bearings base of the drive unit of the Xing2-2 Bing-16 well in Daqing Oilfield shows that the fault intelligent diagnosis method is applicable.
