Development of a new type of tool for bending sucker rod fishing

To fish the lost sucker rod with severe bending and radial distortion,a new type of bending fishing tool was developed.This tool fishes the lost stuff from the lateral face instead of from the top.The application of this fishing tool simplifies the fault handing of complex well,shortens the workover period,and decreases the workover fee.This technology has been applied in six wells in Jiangsu oilfield with 100% success ratio,verifying the credibility of this technology.
