Study on control of constant liquid level by surface driven screw pump

  • The control of constant liquid level is beneficial to raise pump effect and reduce lose rate of equipments such as the sucker rod and pump etc.,and studied one of control method and developed corresponding software.Based on real-time measured parameters such as rotational speed,torque etc and combined with production capacity of reservoir and type of pump.Analyzed height of level and control range calculated by software,calculated alter value of rotate speed,and realized the closed loop control by control device.Apply to 5 wells in Daqing Oilfield shows that the errors of level height less than 50 meters,and realized the purpose of control level height by screw pump.
