Status quo and expectation of the ?139.7 mm casing side tracking technology

  • Casing side tracking is a very important measure to save the abandoned well and improve the recovery efficient.At present,in order to improve the speed of side tracking and ensure the well cementing quality,the domestic research emphasize particularly on the amelioration of tools and the well cementing technology of closely-spaced wells.For the tool of side tracking,mainly used articulated composite milling wimble,slip hydraulic anchoring finder,enlarge the well diameter,augment the annular clearance,and optimize the slurry’s property to improve the well cementing quality.Nowadays,casing side tracking technology is very popular,spread the integrative side tracking tools,accomplish blocking,orientation,open a side hole,amend the hole and drilling in a close quarters once.Consummate the complete slim hole drilling technology,improve the skill to control the well track,develop the new type slurry system for micro clearance such as fibre slurry,ductile slurry system to improve the well cementing quality of closely-spaced wells.This is the problem need to solve right now,so that we can make breakthrough in speed,safety,and efficiency,increase the general benefit,which is advantageous for the holistic development of the oil field.
