APPLICATION AND ANALYSIS OF DOWNHOLE DETECTION DEVICE FOR STRESS STATE OF SUCKER ROD

  • It is difficulty to describe the accurate load and displace on lower part of sucker road,and difficult to design sucker rod,therefore, developed a device for stress state detection of Sucker rod,it can amount any part of sucker rod,its sensors use lower power consumer system,and can work more than one year in downhole,it record parameters,such as load,temperature,displace and fluid pressure,after pulling out rod,those data can be processed by computer program to obtain useful data and indicator diagram.Experiment in 9 wells show that this device can more accurately reflect the true work state of a well.
