RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF HEAT TRANSFER TECHNOLOGY IN WELLBORE WITH GRAVITY HEAT PIPE AND STEAM SOAKING WELL

  • To seek for economic,energy saving,easy operating technologies of maintaining normal lifting technology of heavy oil,based on the highly efficient heat conduction characteristic of gravity assisted wickless heat pipe,proposed heat transfer technology of wellbore with gravity assisted wickless heat pipe.This technology is successfully operated in DU84-55-85 steam soaking well in Liaohe Oil field.The result shows that the well bore with heat pipe can use the partial surplus energy of deeper fluid to balance the temperature field of the fluid in the well bore,increase the temperature of the fluid at the upper part of the well bore,delaye the decrease rate of well bore fluid temperature,prolong the production time of steam soaking well.The research and application of this technology is significant to economically product heavy oil and to improve oil production.
