METABOLIC PRODUCT ANALYSIS OF MICROBE OIL DISPLACEMENT BACTERIA IN LUO-801 BLOCK

In order to research on metabolic product of microbe oil displacement bacteria in Luo 801 block,used gas chromatogram,combined with mass spectrogram(GC-MS),and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,established a suite of qualitative and quantitative analysis method of oil displacement bacteria,which includes short chain fatty acids and biology gas chromatogram analysis method,long chain fatty acids,alcohol,phenolphthalein,biology pretreatment and GC-MS analysis method,ramification of ketone,lamella chromatography and infrared spectrum qualitative analysis method.Analyzed metabolic product of oil displacement bacteria in Luo 801 block,it contains almost one hundred kinds of compound,and which is greatly different each other.This research is useful for field experiment evaluation and microbe oil displacement mechanism probe.
