MATCHED DEEP PUMPING TECHNOLOGY IN ZHUANG-1 WELL BOOCK

  • The reservoir of Zhuang-1 well block In Moxizhuang Oilfield has the characters of deep buried,poor physical property and high gas-oil ratio.Aimed at the problems of low pump efficiency and high hanger position burden,analyzed the main influential factors.In order to reduce the load and enhance the pump efficiency,the production parameters were optimized and pumping equipment was applied properly.Based on the research,corresponding measures were taken in Zhuang-1 well block.As a result,the average hanger position burden was decreased from 13.1 t to 10.2 t,and average pump efficiency was increased from 26% to 44.6%.This technology could offer the supports for the efficient exploitation and development of deep reservoir.
