HIGH PRESSURE SEPARATE LAYER INJECTION TECHNOLOGY AND APPLICATION OF UNRUNNING DEAD NOZZLE

  • In view of difficulties of running and pulling allocation and low success ratio in high pressure separate water injection well,researched high pressure separate layer injection technology of unrunning dead nozzle.developed water flow regulator has open capacity at setting pressure difference,and can block water nozzle temporarily,developed packer has low setting pressure and high pressure resistance,realized high pressure separate injection without running dead nozzle.Compare this technology with conventional separate injection technology,it decreased running deal nozzle time and decreased water flow regulator procedure and sticking risk,also it avoid pipe string setting at high pressure and pressure fluctuate while pulling dead nozzle.It has characters of pipe string working steady,low squirm,easy operate,high success ratio.This technology has been applied in 150 wells in Henan oilfield,success ratio reached to 90%.
