EVALUATION OF ADDITIVES ON PREVENT AND REMOVE ASPHALTENE DEPOSITS

  • Organic scale from asphaltene precipitation is one of main causes of formation damage,Therefore to take some effective prevention and remove measures is very necessary.In this paper,through methods established by writers,positive polyglycol was evaluated and selected as excellent inhibitor with inhibiting efficiency of 100%,and L-01 can be used to remove organic scale with relative solubility of above 80%.Many hydroxyl groups have positive electricity and stronger adsorptive capacity,so positive polyglycol can adsorb on rock surface and form into protective layer.Toluene in L-01 has good solubility to asphaltene,and petroleum sulfonic acid or chlorhydric acid have certain soluble ability to the inorganic scale.
