STUDY ON COMPOSITE VISCOSITY REDUCER OF LIGNOSULFONATE GRAFT COPOLYMER/ORGANIC SILICON-FLUORINE POLYMER

  • The AMPS/AA/DMDAAC-lignosulfonates graft copolymer as viscosity reducer for drilling fluids was synthesized by calcium lignosulfonates, acryacid, 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid and diallyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, then the composite viscosity reducer was prepared by above graft copolymer with organic silicon-fluorine polymer. The mud properties of the AMPS/AA/DMDAAC-lignosulfonates graft copolymer was evaluated in laboratory. The experimental results showed that the composite viscosity reducer has well heat resistance, salt tolerance and inhibiting action when it is used as viscosity re ducer for drilling fluids.
