CHEMICAL PLUGGING BOTTOM WATER TECHNOLOGY OF LENG41 BLOCK

  • High water cut cause by edge-bottom water drive of heavy oil steam-flood reservoir at Leng41 block of LiaoHe oilfield. Analyzed its activity rules of edge-bottom water, combined geological characters of this reservoir, a new combination plugging agent and fluid gelling profile control agent of sodium silicate/clay/phenolic resin were developed, which can endure high temperature and high strength and composed of polyacrylamide, organic crosslinker, resist high temperature oil soluble resin, rubber, elm, abio-reinforcing agent and thermal stabilizer, with favorable plugging and temperature tolerance. Experiment in 13 wells indicate that it can efficiently decrease the damage caused edge-bottom water, and reached the purpose of stable production and water control.
