RESEARCH OF INSPECTING WHILE DRILLING IN HIGH-TEMPERATURE AND HIGH-PRESSURE FORMATION

  • During drilling in high-temperature and high-pressure gas well, the accuracy request of the formation pressure inspection is very high. We have inspected the formation pressure while drilling in many high-temperature and high-pressure test wells by making use of the dc index and rock strength methods. Based on the comprehensive analysis after drilling, the results indicate that the rock strength method is more suitable to inspect the formation pressure of high-temperature and high-pressure gas stratum, and the accuracy is higher. It can offer the reference for the inspection while drilling for high-temperature and high-pressure gas stratum.
