REAMING TECHNIQUE OF SIDE-TRACKED WELL

Along with the progress of oil field development, cutting window sidetrack drilling directional well has become the valid means which revives dead well and abandoned well, and reduces the development cost of old oil field. But due to the annular space is small in sidetracked well results in setting casing difficultly and bad cement job quality, and restrains the sidetrack drilling applied extensively. Drilling technology research institute of Shengli Oilfield develops sidetrack drilling reaming technique by adopting the hydraulic drive type reamer after drilling makes the wellbore extends, improving the wellbore condition, increases sidetracked well completion quality. It applied tens wells in Shengli and Zhongyuan Oilfield, obtained the obvious result. It resolves question of small annular of sidetracked well. How to increase sidetracked well completion quality and solve slow deployment of sidetracked well, this study has very much reference meaning.
