STUDY AND IMPROVEMENT ON CHARACTERS OF ALKALINE-SURFACTANT-POLYMER SYSTEM

  • Abstract based on the chemical mechanism of alkaline-surfactant-polymer(ASP) flooding system, proposed a method to control PH by buffer solution, under suitable ionic strength, a extra-low boundary tension can be built-up. Orthogonal experiment were developed in Gudao Oilfield, confirmed effect degrees of each component to the ASP recipe, and made some improve on it. Experiment indicate that it can enhance dissolution of surface acting agent when add 1% compound alcohol, and the enhanced recipe can maintain inter-solubility for 32 hours at 70℃, increased capability bearing temperature and pressure and improved stability of ASP.
