RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF A NEW THREE-LAYER SEPARATE INJECTION TUBING STRING

  • There is a series of problems in separate layer water injection, such as pulling and running technique difficulty, control water nozzle complex and period of validity of packer short, based on the current research of separate layer water injection technique, a new three-layer separate layer water injection tubing was developed, it is consist of a three-layer diverter, a high-temperature-high-pressure K344 packer, a chock valve and a bottom balance ball, it can get several separated layer water injection data with one string trip, using hydraulic fishing without steel cable and pump car, it has solved all the problems mentioned above. Three well application in lingpan oilfield achieved 88.9% ratio of qualified, so it is very practical and should be widely used.
