PERFORATION AND PUMPING PRODUCTION TECHNIQUE ACHIEVED AT ONE TIME

  • by common procedure, perforating job and pumping job is achieved respectively, and it can arose some problems, such as longer work cycle, higher cost, blowout. In order to simplify working procedures, reduce costs, prevent blowout, we proposed a technique of perforating and pumping jobs achieved at one time. Considering pump orientation, drop bar perforating, formation testing, and other functions, we combined perforating and pumping as one procedure, and directly put into production not needing remove pipe string after perforating. After 132 times applications, the procedure is feasible, perforating success is 100 per, average oil-well pump efficiency is 51.2 per. Oil-field applications indicate that this technique can greatly simplify working procedure, reduce cost, prevent blowout, avoid formation pollution, can be broadly used.
