RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF LOW-DAMAGE FRACTURING FLUID FOR GAS RESERVOIR WITH LOW PERMEABILITY

  • Wen23 and Hubuzai gas reservoirs are reservoir of lower permeability,lower pressure and mid-higher temperature. To solve operating problem of these reservoirs in fracturing teatmend, HB-99 organic boron crosslinking fracture fluid and prepad with lower damage have been developed. Delayed crosslinking,self-breaking,thermal shear stability,viscosity recovering effect after shearing,surface activity,filtration,residue value and core damage have been tested in lab. Results of lab testing show that crosslinking time is longer at ordinary temperature, fracturing fluid can be fully breaking without gel breaker,fracturing fluid has high recovery viscosity,low filtration rate. Results of 10 well tests show operating success radio of HB-99 organic boron crosslinking fracture fluid is 100%, average gas increment is 28.3×104 m3/d and cumulative gas increment of nine months reaches to 3310.5×104 m3.
