NUMERICAL SIMULATION AND THE DESIGN OF SATERATED STEAM FLOW IN STEAM DISTRIBUTION NOZZLE

  • For the layer reservoir, steam-injection profile control method using limited-entry ferforations is employed to improve the steam absorption profile and enhance oil reservoir development extent. The numerical simulation is performed to the saterated steam two phase critical flow within the steam allocation nozzle according to the characteristics of the steam with high temperature and pressure. A computation program has been worked out incorporated into the steam allocation program. The nozzle design method has been successfully applied in single well of Henan Oilfield.
