  • A torque mechanics model is established for fishing pipe string, according to some problems of torsion force selection in fishing operation. Using the model, torsion stress -load curves of working string are obtained. It is a theory foundation for torque force selection in fishing operation. The data obtained in this study are very helpful and instructive for fishing operation.
