ZHONGYUAN OILFIELD ?101.6MM LINER DELAYED-SETTING CEMENTING TECHNOLOGY

  • Zhongyuan Oilfield owns deep production zone,higher pressure,thicker salt and alkaline layer and the casing failure is very serious.According to the statistics,the casing failure well accounts for 23.2% of all production well,this situation has seriously damaged the oilfield oil output growth.In order to make the casing failure well reproduce,the oilfield took the ?101.6mm liner cementing completion method,but now there still isn’t proper evaluation method for small casing cementing in China.For evaluating the cementing quality correctly,a complete simulating well-site cementing method was taken in Zhongyuan Oilfield experiment well.By the surface simulation test research and site cementing operation comparison verification,the small tolerance double casing cementing quality evaluation method and quality control measures have been found,i.e.casing verification liner reinsert,premium cement slurry,centralizer piece welding on casing,etc.are concrete guarantee for improving once cementing successful rate and cementing qualified rate,Though 4 times well applications,the cementing qualified rate reached 100%,excellent cementing interval reached 71.2%,the oil production and water pouring effects are both well.
