ALKALI CORROSION INHIBITOR FOR TUBING AND CASING IN OIL WELL WITH MIDDLE OR HIGHER CONTENT OF WATER

  • A soul environment will formed and the corrosion of tubing and casing will intensified when the producing water has a high mineralization rate and contains SRB,H2S and CO2,an economical unsymmetrical alkli NYS-9 inhibitor was developed and applicated in Changqing Longdong Oilfield.The results of indoor and in-site test show that this heterocyclic compound with N can inhibit the corrosion effectively of N80 tubing and casing in a high mineralized water with SRB,H2S and CO2,at the same time,the inhibition rate was improved with the addition of sulfur-carbamide and surface active agent.It has a good use for reference to control corrosion of tubing and casing in oil with high content of water for the next step.
