STUDY AND APPLICATION OF A SIMPLE HIGH PRESSURE GAS INJECTION PIPE

The cost on high pressure gas injection pipe is very high at home,and based on the currently available gas injection pipe design,a kind of gas injection pipe with simple structure is designed.Dynamic analy sis and surface test were conducted to evaluate the structure rationality,pressure-load bearing condition and gas sealing property,and the results showed that the designed pipe could fully satisfy the technical requirements.With balancing fluid filled in the casing annular,the pipe could stand a maximum wellhead pressure of 62MPa,and its stable pressure load is 56.5MPa,while the maximum gas sealing pressure is 51.5MPa,and it could work over half a year in stable condition.The designed simple gas injection pipe could be used for high pressure gas injection in small blocked oilfields.
