CEMENTING TECHNOLOGY OF COALBED GAS WELL IN QINSHUI BASIN

Qinshui basin is abundant in coalbed gas resources,while the cementing quality has been kept very poor,which deeply influenced the exploration and evaluation of coalbed gas in this area.The paper presents the characteristics of coalbed gas cementing in this area,and proposed the cementing technology suitable for coalbed gas wells.An effective fluid loss control agent-TG,with the property of early strength development was also optimized.The cementing technology and cement slurry sy stem have been applied in 10 wells in Qinshui Basin and Eerduosi Basin,and the qualification rate was 100%,in which 90% of the wells were of good quality.The paper also discussed the problems need to be resolved in coalbed gas well cementing.
