OPTIMIZATION DESIGN AND FAULT DIAGNOSIS OF SCREW PUMP PRODUCTION SYSTEM FOR POLYMER FLOODING

  • Optimization design theory of screw pump production system has been discussed particularly, which include selection of screw pump, rod, tube, matching tool and drive sub. By using of visible language, software of optimization design of screw pump production system and analysis system of fault diagnosis for polymer flooding has been authorized, optimization design of screw pump, working parametric and matching tool can be realized, and design form, fault analysis and solving method etc can be given.This software is convenience and practicality. Production rate and managing level has been improved maximally. The apply foreground of extending is amplitude.
