TECHNOLOGY OF PLUGGING AND PROFILE CONTROL IN VISCOUS CRUDE OIL THERMAL RECOVERY WELL

In the production stage from steam soaking to steam flooding, the problems of Henan Oilfield were bigger difference about formation, severity steam channeling, longer period and high heat lossing. The new grain agent about plugging and profile control which is mainly made from by-product of alkalization industry was developed with higher strength, easier plug removal, lower cost. The field construct technology was matched with it. Lab and field test show that this technology has a series characters such as better pumpability, higher strength, easier plug removal, longer period of validity and non-risk. The technology can plug cannel of steam channeling validity, hold back edge water and steam injection profile control.
