  • Well Jingping-2 is the first horizontal well drilled by Changqing Petroleum Exploration Bureau independently. As this well has special casing program, low kick-off point, short distance of hitting target, and long horizontal interval, field operation is very difficult, and thus deviation control fast drilling technology is applied. The geological condition and well trajectory control, especially trajectory control in the deviated interval, its difficulties, requirements and solving measures are described in detail. The technical achievements in drilling this well, and some recommendations are also presented in this paper.
