STIMULATION TECHNOLOGIES AND APPLYING EFFECTS IN RENQIU BURIED HILL RESERVOIR

  • Renqiu Buried Hill Reservoir is a double-media, bottom water, and massive carbonate reservoir. It has quite well-developed fracture and karst cave, and has very high oil production at the initial stage. At the high stable productivity and earlier decline periods, many stable production stimulation are used that mainly include drilling adjustment well, water block and water shutoff in order to control bottom water coning into the well. Some integrate measures are used at the rate quick decline period. Now, the reservoir is at the slow decline period at high water cut later stage, the stimulation include decline reservoir pressure in producing sidetracked hole, and synergistic measures that consist of water shutoff, acid and artificial lift. These technical measures play an important role in increasing oil rate, tapping production potential and enhancing oil recovery, which make the reservoir increased 1277×104 t oil since put into production, and supplied technical pledge for keeping high efficient development. The paper analyses all the stimulation measures and their applying effects and gives some suggestions.
