  • Reasonable casing program is of key importance to the successful drilling of a wildcat. This paper discusses the casing program of multilateral wildcat in Yanqi Basin, together with the analysis to the formation characteristics and real drilling in well Bao-2 and Ma-3, a reasonable ca sing program is proposed. This study is beneficial for the casing program design of multilateral wells in this area.
