RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF SEPARATE LAYER WATER INJECTION AND QUANTIFICATION INJECTION ALLOCATION

  • Because of the effects of pressure fluctuation and so, some problems about downhole eccentric blanking plug were appeared such as more working index, more difficult of flow control, and the precision of quantity in separate layer water injection being not content demand. According to it, the quantitative injection technology downhole separate layer water injection and surface quantitative water regulator being matched were developed. The DL-1 differential pressure quantitative water regulator was used to implement downhole quantitative injection. The injection water adjustment job were successfully only one time and pulling-running and testing work load were reduced. At the same time, the application of the surface self-motion constant flow unit completed surface separate injection. The theory and application of the technique was introduced.
