THE WELL HYDRAULIC VIBRATOR CONTROLLED WITH CARTRIDGE VALVE AND ITS CHARACTERISTIC

The well hydraulic vibration is a new kind of oil recovery technology with physical method. For the small sectional area of well and the low viscosity of operation liquid, the well hydraulic vibrator controlled with cartridge valve has been developed. In this paper, the cartridge valve group, the guide valve and change mechanism, vibration cylinder and position feedback system has introduced in detail. The design philosophy, vibration frequency and main structure date of the hydraulic system has given. In addition, the operation characteristic of the cartridge valve has analyzed with fluid dynamics.
