  • Delayed cementing technology is mainly used for cementing slim holes, wells with small annular space and some special wells. It is now a mature technology, and has been successfully used for repairing the casing damaged wells in secondary cementing, and in liner cementing of the slim holes. This paper focuses on the study of its operation procedures, tools used, and drilling fluid technology, etc. The laboratory testing, study achievements, and field applications are also described.
