MEDIUM RADIUS HORIZONTAL DRILLING TECHNOLOGY IN WELL TK-108H

  • Well TK-108H is a medium radius horizontal well successfully drilled in Tahe No.1 oilfield, with a total measured depth of 6023m. Field drilling is restricted because of the complicated geological condition and poor drilling equipment. Proper horizontal drilling technology is applied in this well, e.g., casing program optimization, precise well trajectory control using SST and MWD tools, selection of suitable drilling fluid systems, and right cementing technology, etc. At the same time, this is the first time to use Model F320-3DH rig for drilling deep well in China to date.
