APPLICATION OF PREVENTION TUBING DEFLECTION AND WEAR TECHNOLOGY IN DIRECTIONAL WELL

  • The problem and its solution method of the sucker rod pump oil producing system in directional well was introduced. The mechanics model and the mathematical model in optimizing design of rod string and tubing system were expound emphatically, when sucker rod pump oil producing were used in directional well. It made the rate of coincidence the design and field application reaching above 90 percent. The prevention deflection and wear tools, rotary oil producing wellhead equipment, rotary tubing centralizer and universal sucker rod centralizer, were developed. They have prevented tubing’s deflection and wear effectively. Field application of this technology produced economical efficient markedly.
