RESEARCH ON REASONABLE INTERMITTENT PUMPING SYSTEM OF OIL PUMPING WELL

  • Based on the intermittent pumping test, this paper systematically studies the variation of the output, the pump submergence depth and the variation of the submersible depth with time while fluid level recovered of the oil pumping well in the course of the intermittent pumping. Based on the comparability between the change of flow pressure during pumping and the change of voltage during discharge of capacity, this paper establishes the mathematical model of the flow pressure change of pumping well during intermittent pumping. Furthermore, based on the model and Vogel’s equation, the equation of formation seepage in the course of intermittent pumping is educed. Based on the above equations, by means of the method of drawing on the plotting paper, this paper determines the reasonable intermittent pumping interval of the pumping well, and presents the systematic method for determining the reasonable intermittent pumping system.
