PRACTICE AND COGNITION OF PARAFFIN INHIBITION IN PC-300 PC-400 INTERNAL COATING TUBING

  • This paper introduces the paraffin inhibition mechanism and technical characteristics of the PC-300 and PC-400 internal coating tubing. The PC-300 and PC-400 internal coating is produced by use of phenolic resin and epoxy phenolics which are with better paraffin inhibition property, as well as stuffing and additive agent which are very stable in chemistry property. While conducting spray coating, the advanced heat cleaning and sandblasting preprocessing technique is also adopted, which can engender strong adhesive force between the coating and the pipe surface. The high pressure and gas free spray coating technique ensures the excellent atomization of the coating and the well-proportioned layering. The engineering stove controlled by computer ensures the even volatilization and good solidification of the wet film solvent. The PC-300 and PC-400 internal coating is with better physical and mechanical property as well as better chemical corrosion resistance property, and good effect has been achieved when conducting paraffin inhibition test and popularization both in natural flow well and in pumping well.
